This Privacy Policy explains what information EliteXSAT ("we", "us", "our") collects when you use our website and services at elitexsat.com (the "Service"), how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the Service, you agree to this policy.

1. Who we are

EliteXSAT is an online Digital SAT practice platform operated from Yevlakh, Azerbaijan. For any privacy question or request, contact us at elitexsat03.12.2024@gmail.com.

2. Information we collect

Account information — the name and email address you provide when creating an account, and a password. Your password is never stored in readable form; it is securely hashed by our authentication provider.
Practice data — your practice test attempts, answers, scores, progress, and target score, so we can show your results and analytics.
Technical data — basic information your browser sends automatically (such as IP address and device/browser type) used for security and to operate the Service.

3. How we use your information

To create and secure your account and let you sign in.
To provide the Service — deliver practice tests, score them, and show your progress and analytics.
To send essential account emails (for example, email confirmation and password reset).
To protect the Service against abuse and to fix problems.

We do not sell your personal information.

4. How we store and protect your data

Your account and practice data are stored in a secured cloud database (Supabase). We protect it with encrypted (HTTPS) connections, hashed passwords, and access rules that restrict each account to its own data. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to safeguard your information.

5. Third-party services we use

We rely on trusted providers to run the Service. They process data only to provide their function:

Supabase — authentication and database (stores your account and practice data).
Resend — sends our account emails (confirmation, password reset).
Cloudflare — domain, hosting of the website files, security, and content delivery.
Free Dictionary API (dictionaryapi.dev) — supplies a word definition or pronunciation recording when one is not already stored in the app. Your browser requests it directly, so that service can see your IP address and the word you looked up. Your name, email, and practice results are never sent to it.
Google Fonts — serves the site's typefaces; your browser contacts Google to download them.
Desmos — provides the graphing calculator inside Math sections, loaded only when a Math question is opened.

These content services receive only what your browser must send to fetch a file (such as your IP address). They do not receive your account details, and we do not use them for advertising or tracking.

Where that content is openly licensed — for example the word definitions, which come from Wiktionary under CC BY-SA — we credit the source in section 5 of our Terms of Service.

6. Cookies and local storage

We use your browser's local storage to keep you signed in (a session token) and to remember some preferences. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

7. Data retention

We keep your account and practice data for as long as your account exists. If you ask us to delete your account, we will remove your personal data, except where we must keep some records to comply with the law.

8. Your rights

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To do so, email elitexsat03.12.2024@gmail.com from the address on your account, and we will respond within a reasonable time.

9. Children's privacy

The Service is intended for students preparing for the SAT, some of whom may be under 18. If you are under the age of consent in your country, please use the Service only with the involvement of a parent or guardian. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us personal data without your consent, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date above. Significant changes will be communicated through the Service.
