Refund Policy

This Refund Policy covers paid EliteXSAT subscriptions at elitexsat.com. It should be read together with our Terms of Service and with Paddle's Buyer Terms, which govern refunds as our merchant of record.

1. Billing

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly, or the interval shown at checkout) through Paddle.com Market Limited, our payment processor and merchant of record. Paddle handles payment collection, invoicing, and sales tax/VAT on our behalf, and your payment method is charged by Paddle, not directly by EliteXSAT.

2. Cancelling a subscription

You can cancel at any time from your account settings, or by contacting us. Cancelling stops future renewals — you keep access until the end of the current billing period. No cancellation fee.

3. Refund eligibility

You may request a refund within 14 days of a charge, in line with Paddle's Buyer Terms. Refunds are issued to the original payment method through Paddle and can take several business days to appear.

4. Usage-based review

EliteXSAT plans include a weekly allowance of practice exams and question-bank access. Paddle may reduce or deny a refund request where account activity shows the allowance was substantially used before the request was made. This does not change the 14-day window above — it describes how usage is factored into an individual request.

5. How to request a refund

Email elitexsat03.12.2024@gmail.com with the email address you used to sign up. You can also use the receipt/invoice link Paddle emails you after every payment, which lets you contact Paddle's support directly about that specific charge.

6. Chargebacks

If you have a billing concern, please contact us first — most issues can be resolved directly and faster than a card chargeback. Unwarranted chargebacks may result in your account being suspended.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date above.

8. Governing law

This policy is governed by the laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
